I am dedicated to my profession and to providing my patients with the highest level of care. I am a strong believer that continuing education and personal development is the key to serving both and I am committed to applying new learning in my practice.” Arden Laliberte, RMT
Some techniques I enjoy implementing into my clinical massage therapy treatments include, but are not limited to, deep tissue release, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, intraoral release, as well as some visceral techniques. The benefit for you can range from improving your circulation, posture, flexibility and range of motion to decreasing stress and improving your rehabilitation outcomes post-injury.
If you need massage therapy services to help you live a healthier life, I am available to treat a wide variety of conditions and injuries.
